Check-in is from 4.00pm, you may drop off luggage earlier by prior arrangement.
Check-out is 10.00am
We require a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week at time of booking with balance to be payed 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A refund will be given minus non-refundable deposit if you cancel your reservation at least 4 weeks prior to arrival. No refund will be issued after this unless we can re-let your reservation.
Payment is either by cheque or bank transfer.
Please leave the accommodation clean and tidy as you found it.
Vehicles and belongings are left at owners risk.
Please notify us of any breakages or spillages during your stay. We reserve the right to charge for repairs/replacements in excess of £30 where you are responsible for the damage.
Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement.
